Raspberry Poppyseed Salad

Ingredients

6 cups Boston lettuce, torn
2 cup Frisee
¼ cup Pure Kraft Raspberry Poppyseed Dressing
1 cup fresh raspberries
¼ cup pecans, coarsely chopped and toasted
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

Directions

  1. Toss Boston lettuce and frisee in a large bowl with dressing.  
  2. Top with fresh raspberries, nuts and chives.
  3. Serve immediately.

Special Extra: Top salads with grilled chicken breast slices
Substitute: Substitute toasted chopped almonds or walnuts for the pecans.
